Abstract

This is a Technical Report on CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ERP SYSTEMS. The implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is a complex process that involves significant changes in the organizational structure. This study addresses the critical success factors (CSFs) in the implementation of these systems, highlighting the importance of effective practices to ensure project success. The research aims to identify and analyze the main CSFs that influence the implementation of ERP systems, based on a literature review and consultation with experts. The need for ERP systems arises from the demand for integrated, real-time information that helps in making strategic decisions. These systems allow for rationalizing the use of resources, optimizing processes and increasing competitiveness. However, implementing an ERP is a challenge that requires careful planning and efficient management to avoid failures that could compromise the organization's operation.
