Pratical aspects of quality
Resumen
The management function includes the industrial activities planning and control, where the goals are obtained through out other people involved at these activities. As this point, training becomes an important part to perform the internal procedures and work instructions to get a the planned goals. This paper, extracted from the experience of work at small, medium and big companies, shows a critical analysis of the management quality, where the manager difficulties start with the failure of basic communication, with the operational people does not understanding completely what it is expect from them. In the search for effectiveness, the managers introduce a pseudo culture which compromises at medium and long term the fulfillments of the established goals of the organization. It is analyzed the value of training and audits foreseen by the ISO 9001:2000 in the search of this management effectiveness, where the functional illiteracy compromise the operation. Emphasis is pointed out in the learning organization, with the leadership of the high performance teams to increase the competitiveness, such are the Six Sigma programs. The process becomes important from the management point of view to minimize the failures in the decisions taking.Publicado
