Thermodynamic study and downdraft gasifier dimensioning for cogeneration compact system in isolated localities

Resumen

The gasification system has been used for many years ago. It has demonstrated a good way for to solve energetic problems for isolated communities. In this paper, is studied the gasification system associated to internal combustion engine. Are considered technical and economical aspects for the system design for applications in rural localities where the electricity energy is not possible since economical and social viewpoint. In this manner social contribution and economical benefits can be determinated.
