"Study of Cause" of the Defect Welds Moved in Welding "GMAW" for the Subframe of Automobile

Resumo

This research has for objective to analyze quality and quantitatively the problem of the holed foil in welding hooks in the subframe that fastens the trays and the box of direction of the automobile, produced in the first and second shift of the company Metalbages of Brazil. This rising looks for to relate the areas of the quality and of the technology through the diagram of Ishikawa and also of analyses laboratory. Tends the interdisciplinary knowledge of that respective cause, it can be aided the welding inspectors and productive management, with actions in the corrections and even in the elaboration of preventive plans resulting in better quality and productivity. The analysis of welding flaws in 15.996 pieces directly in the production cell, allowed to understand as each variable contributed for the problem. This study show that the current device doesn't guarantee the repetibility of the correct positioning of the hook, depending on the action of the operator.
