This study investigates the impact of applying Microsoft Power BI to the consolidation and monitoring of quality indicators within the metalworking sector, proposing the structuring of a unified digital industrial management system. In a highly competitive and technically rigorous environment, the dispersion of operational data across multiple systems and spreadsheets hinders holistic performance analysis and the rapid identification of production failures. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to demonstrate how the use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools improves managerial decision-making through the integration of fundamental metrics such as On Time Delivery (OTD), Parts Per Million (PPM), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Lead Time. Methodologically, the work is characterized as applied research, with qualitative and quantitative approaches, descriptive and exploratory in nature, structured from a literature review and the design of databases for interactive dashboards. The analysis indicates that the transition to a data-driven management model provides real-time visibility of the production system, serving as robust support for the application of quality tools, such as Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA). It is concluded, therefore, that the informational centralization promoted by Power BI enables the assertive diagnosis of operational anomalies, drives continuous improvement, and mitigates waste, increasing the efficiency and strategic reliability of industries.
