This essay explores the relationship between Artificial Intelligence (AI), identity construction, and the visibility of LGBTQIAPN+ populations in the digital environment, based on the assumption that human beings are socially and historically constituted. The central aim is to investigate to what extent binary codes and algorithmic biases in AI may influence the visibility, representation, and experiences of this population in digital spaces. It also seeks to understand how AI has been addressed in the literature regarding its role in the production and mediation of identities and social relations. The study is aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities), considering that digital technologies can both amplify and mitigate inequalities, particularly those related to gender and sexuality. This choice is justified by the need to critically examine how algorithmic systems may reproduce historical exclusions, affecting access to visibility and participation in digital environments. Methodologically, this is a qualitative, theoretical study developed through a literature review. It is based on the understanding that binary language and its technological applications are not neutral but reflect historically constructed social structures. As a contribution, the analysis highlights mechanisms through which algorithmic systems may reinforce inequalities and invisibilization, advancing critical discussions in the field of technology and diversity. In line with the 2030 Agenda, the study fosters reflections aimed at developing more inclusive technologies. As a challenge, it emphasizes the complexity of empirically measuring such biases.
