Abstract

Considering the great importance of commom bean and the quality of the seeds in the achievement of high yield, this current work objectified an evaluation of the initial growing of seedlings and the physiological quality of seeds of three cultivated commom bean submitted to a priming and treatment of seeds with biostimulants. The lineation used was the whole randomized (DIC) in a factorial scheme 3x3, constituted by three cultivated (BRS Horizonte, BRS Pontal e Pérola) of commom bean and priming (control, hidroconditioning - water and osmoconditioning – biostimulant) with four repetitions. To the treatment of the seeds was DIC in factorial scheme 3x2, constituted by cultivated commom bean (BRS Horizonte, BRS Pontal e Pérola) and treatment of seeds with biostimulants (presence and absence) with four repetitions. It was evaluated the physiological potential of the seeds conditioned and a treatment of seeds with biostimulants in three cultivated, after four months of storage in environmental conditions. It was developed in the city of Cassilândia – MS (Brazil). The biostimulant used was the Stimulate. The priming provides increasing in the initial growing of seedlings and influences in a positive way the physiological quality of the seeds. The treatment of seeds with biostimulants has proportioned a higher length of seedlings, however a fall in the germination and speed of germination and emergency. The conditioning with water and biostimulant have provided seeds with a germinal percentage above 80%, after four months of storage in environmental conditions. The cultivated BRS Horizonte had better results in physiological quality, result of the better initial quality of the batch.
